Is there a fee?

CarCovers: Replacement fee: $69.00 for car, truck, SUV, motorcycle and other covers, $99.00 for van covers and $179.00 for RV and trailer covers, plus tax.Free shipping in the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii add $50.00.You pay only if we approve your claim.Only covers can be replaced.If your purchase is less than 60 days old, it is a defect replacement and there is no fee.

We ship replacements to addresses in the United States. For any other address, call 1-800-385-3603 or email support@carcovers.com and we will help.

We review your claim after you submit it. We aim to reply within 2 business days. A decision can take up to 30 business days.

Tag photo: Lift the elastic edge of your cover. The small white tag is usually sewn on the inside, next to a red FRONT tag. Get close so the code on it is easy to read. Do not photograph the storage bag, the shipping box, a barcode sticker or a "WORKER NO." tag.
Close-up of the problem: Get close so the problem fills most of the screen. Keep all of it in the photo.
Wider photo of the cover: Step back until the problem and the whole side of the cover around it fit on the screen. If you can, take it with the cover on your vehicle.
